Greene Street Improvements Project is a Band 3 Transportation Investment Act (TIA) project that extends from 13th Street to East Boundary. This project improves roadway capacity and safety throughout the corridor. It also, roadway resurfacing, curb & gutter, sidewalks, storm systems, pedestrian safety improvements at intersections, and aesthetic and landscaping improvements.
