Eric Hinds
Mr. Hinds joined ISM in May 2021 after 15 years in the public sector serving as the Engineering/Construction Manager for Columbia County Water Utility, Columbia County GA. Experience with the Water Utility included managing the engineering, inspections, and construction of projects for the utility to include close coordination with other departments concerning engineering and construction projects.
Mr. Hinds provided expertise in design, costing and forecasting expansion for water and sewer needs.
