Floyd Brown, Jr.
Mr. Brown joined Infrastructure Systems Management, LLC (ISM) in December 2019 as an IT Business Consultant and Program Manager. He is responsible for day to day management of ISM Operations and Large System Program Management. Mr. Brown has over 25 years of experience in planning, designing, and maintaining various large systems. He has also performed both program and project management services for Fortune 500 and subsidiary companies in both financial and commercial sectors. Projects consisted of IT systems integration, Business operations management and mergers/acquisitions (M&A).
